In Arena, elements from League and Teamfight Tactics are combined to provide a fast-paced experience that requires quick reactions to significant power-ups. It encourages players to try out unconventional strategies and have a blast in the process. Working in pairs, players team up to face off against other duos in intense 2v2 battles. With powerful Augments that alter champion abilities, familiar items, and unexpected twists from Soul Fighters, the excitement never stops. The ultimate objective is to be the last team standing.

How to Play

Step 1: Queue Up – Players can queue for Arena solo or with a duo partner.
Step 2: Pick/Ban – Each player gets a ban, followed by a Blind-style pick where opponents’ picks remain hidden. Mirror matchups are possible, but no duplicate champions are allowed. Runes and Summoner Spells are not part of the mode. Step 3: Battle! – Matches consist of multiple rounds, with buy and combat phases. During buy phases, players choose an Augment or use gold to buy items. Combat phases involve 2v2 fights, where winning preserves overall team health and losing results in health loss. The last team standing wins. However, surprise appearances from Soul Fighters can add chaos and unpredictability. Finishing among the top two teams allows players to climb the Ranked ladder, starting from Wood and aiming for Gladiator.
Step 4: Keep Going – After elimination, players can immediately queue up again for redemption. The goal is to win the whole way and maintain a winning streak.

Ranked System

arena ranks

For players seeking a competitive climbing Arena, a ranked ladder similar to Hyper Roll in TFT is available. The ranks range from Wood to Gladiator, with points awarded for finishing in the top two teams and deducted for placing in the bottom two teams. Loss mitigation is active for the first five games, allowing point gains only during this phase.
